Zeno Page, the owner of PAZE Heating & Cooling, began his career as an HVAC tradesman in 1979 while serving in the US Navy.
Fifteen years later, with much experience, training, and the encouragement of family, PAZE Heating & Cooling was formed in 1994. Here at PAZE, we are state-licensed, board-certified, and an insured contractor. We hold many other industry licenses, certifications, designations, and training in the HVAC trade. Our primary equipment line is the Carrier Corporation product line. We are a Carrier Alliance Dealer and member of the Building Trades Association, National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers, Inc. (NILUPE), and The American Legion. Additionally, we hold a Residential Building Inspection license and are a member of the International Code Council.
We are a full-service HVAC company. Our services include complete installation, diagnostic service, troubleshooting/repair, replacement, retrofit, pre-purchase heat/air system inspection, and second opinion. We will diagnose, design, and install the most suited heating and air conditioner system to fit your needs. We are fully insured and bonded. PAZE provides unsurpassed service and experience. We offer free estimates to replace HVAC systems. However, we do not give free estimates for troubleshooting or diagnosing a problem on a failed component of your HVAC system. Such a call is a general service call. Other limitations may apply, like travel distance.

At PAZE, we schedule the next appointment that meets your schedule and our office hours. We generally give a 2-hour window for an appointment arrival time.
Additionally, in extreme weather conditions, we do consider elderly, infants, and physically or medically challenged customers by prioritizing our appointments with consideration to these special needs. We also prefer to make appointments that require a Tech to work in an attic or on roof-tops for early mornings during the hot seasons of Spring and Summer.
We operated under flat-rate pricing guidelines. We find flat rate pricing to be less complicated for our customers, and it is more concise. We offer a 10% discount to military households. Contact us and let us chat!
